2.Removethesteeringwheelcover,hexnut,atwasherandsteeringwheel.
3.Removethebearingcoverfromthesteeringcolumn.
4.Removetheseven(7)angeheadscrewsandremovethesteeringcover
(item8).
5.Removethesteeringcolumnboot(item5):
A.Setthesteeringcolumntilttothefullyrearwardposition.
B.Gentlypullsteeringcolumnbootoverthetiltcontrollever.
C.Setthesteeringcolumntilttothefullyforwardposition.
D.Carefullyliftbootupandoffsteeringcolumn.

C.Drivethepivotpins(item6)outandreplacethegasspringassembly.
7.Supportsteeringcontrolvalveandsteeringcolumntopreventthemfrom
falling.
8.Removefour(4)capscrewsthatsecuresteeringcontrolvalveandsteering
columntomachine.Liftsteeringcolumnfromsteeringcontrolvalveand
removefrommachine.
