theange-headscrews.
4.Ifthepulleywasremoved,assemblethepulleytothewaterpumpshaftwith
the4ange-headscrews.Torquetheange-headscrewsto31N∙m(23
ft-lb).
5.Ifthethermostatwasremoved,installthethermostattothewaterpump;refer
toInstallingtheThermostat(page3–33).
6.Installtheupperandlowerradiatorhosestothewaterpump,andsecure
thehoseswithhoseclamps.
7.OntheGroundsmaster5910machine:
A.Installthecabheaterhosestothewaterpump.
B.Installandadjusttheairconditioningcompressordrivebelt.
8.Connectthewireharnessconnectortothetemperaturesensoratthewater
pump;refertoFigure32.
9.Installthealternatoranddrivebelttotheengine;refertoInstallingthe
Alternator(page3–25).
10.Adjustthedrivebeltalignmentandtension.
11.Fillthecoolingsystemwithcoolant.
12.Runtheengineandcheckforanycoolantleaks.
13.Lowerthehoodandsecureit.
