7.Loosenthehoseclampsanddisconnecttheupperandlowercoolanthoses
(item6inFigure20)fromtheradiator.
8.Loosenthehoseclampthatsecuresthecoolantdrainhosetothetting
(item36inFigure20)atthebottomoftheradiator,andremovethecoolant
drainhoseassemblyfromtheradiator.
9.Disconnectthereservoirhose(item22inFigure20)fromtheradiatorvent
tube.
10.Removethe2carriagescrews(item33inFigure20),2atwashers,and2
angenutsthatsecuretheradiatortothefanshroudandsupport.
11.Tilttheradiatorandchargeaircoolerassemblytotherearofthemachine
andcarefullylifttheradiatorandcoolerassemblyfromthemachine.
12.Coverorplugtheradiatorandhoseopeningstopreventcontamination.
13.Examinetherubberpads(item5inFigure20)atthebottomoftheradiator.
Note:Replacethepadsiftheyarewornordamaged.
14.DisassembletheradiatorandchargeaircoolerassemblyasshowninFigure
22.
InstallingtheRadiator
1.AssembletheradiatorandchargeaircoolerassemblyasshowninFigure22.
Note:Applythreadsealanttothecoolantlevelsensorifthecoolantlevel
sensorisremoved.
2.Removethecoversandplugsfromtheradiatorandhosesthatyouplaced
whileremovingtheradiator.
3.Carefullylowertheradiatorandchargeaircoolerassemblyintothemachine.
