Note:Whenoperatingat64mm(2-1/2inch)height
ofcutorhigher,theaxleboltshouldbeinstalledin
thebottomcastorforkholetopreventgrassbuildup
betweenthewheelandthefork.Whenoperatingat
heightsofcutlowerthan64mm(2-1/2inch)andgrass
buildupisdetected,reversethemachinesdirectionto
pullanyclippingsawayfromthewheel/forkarea.
3.Removethetensioningcapfromthecastorshaft
(Figure24).andslidetheshaftoutofthecastorarm.
Put2shims(1/8inch[3mm])ontothecastorshaft
asoriginallyinstalled.Slidetheappropriatenumber
of1/2inchspacersontotheshafttogetthedesired
height-of-cut.
Note:Theshimwashersmaybeusedinany
combinationaboveorbelowthecastorarmhubas
requiredtoachievethedesiredheightofcutordeck
level.
Refertothechart(Figure23)todeterminethe
combinationsofspacersforthesetting:
4.Pushthecastorshaftthroughthefrontcastorarm.
Installtheshims(asoriginallyinstalled)andthe
remainingspacersontotheshaft.Installthetensioning
captosecuretheassembly(Figure24).
