this process until the tire does not rotate .
6. Install the hair pin cotter pin betw een the dri v e
lev ers and the neutral loc ks and into the clevis
pins ( Figure 40 ).
7. R e peat this adjustment for the opposite side .

Adjusting the Tracking
1. R emo v e mac hine from any jac k stands .
2. Chec k the rear tire pressure . R efer to Chec king
the Tire Pressure .
3. R un the unit and obser v e the trac king on a
lev el, smooth, hard surface suc h as concrete
or asphalt.
4. If the unit trac ks to one side or the other , tur n
the quic k trac k knob . T ur n the knob right to
steer right and tur n the knob left to steer left
( Figure 42 ).

F or medium or hea vy duty dri v e conditions , suc h
as operating with a sulk y on stee p slopes , a higher
spring force ma y be required on the h y dro pump
control ar ms to prev ent the dri v e system from
stalling .
1. Diseng ag e the PTO and set the parking brak e .
2. Stop the engine and w ait for all mo ving par ts
to stop before lea ving the operating position.
3. F or a hea vier dri v e setting, relocate the spring
anc hor links to either the medium or hea vy
duty positions ( Figure 43 ). T he spring anc hor
links are attac hed to the upper rear cor ner of
the h y dro dri v e shields on the left and right
sides of the mac hine .
Note: In the medium or hea vy duty positions ,
the dri v e lev er forces at the upper handle will
also be increased
