Transmission Replacement

1. Raise and secure the rear of the machine.

2. Loosen the idler bolt (Fig. 818).

3. Slide the idler in the slot to remove tension from the

traction belt (Fig. 819).

5. Loosen the set screws securing the transmission

drive pulley to the transmission drive shaft (Fig.

821).

4. Remove the traction belt from the traction drive

pulley (Fig. 820).
