85W-140wtgearlube.
Important:Iftheplanetaryllsbeforethe
0.65L(22oz)ofoilisadded,wait1hour
orinstalltheplugandmovethemachine
approximatelytenfeettodistributetheoil
throughthebrakesystem.Then,removethe
plugandaddtheremainingoil.

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,engagethe
parkingbrake,lowerthemowerdecks,shutoff
theengine,andremovethekey.
2.Removeacheckplugfrom1endoftheaxleand
ensurethatthelubricantisuptothebottomof
thehole(Figure105).
Note:Ifthelevelislow,removethellplugand
addenoughlubricanttobringtheleveluptothe
bottomofthecheck-plugholes.
