Recovery
Occursasaresultofignoringparkedregeneration
requestsandcontinuingoperation,addingmore
sootwhentheDPFisalreadyinneedofaparked
regeneration

PassiveDPFRegeneration
•Passiveregenerationoccursaspartofnormal
engineoperation.
•Whileoperatingthemachine,runtheengineat
full-enginespeedwhenpossibletopromoteDPF
regeneration.
