ServiceInterval:Every100hours
Propertensionofthebeltallows10mm(3/8inch)of
deectionwhenaforceof4.5kg(10lb)isappliedonthebelt
midwaybetweenthepulleys.
Ifthedeectionisnot10mm(3/8inch),loosenthe
alternator-mountingbolts(Figure67).
Note:Increaseordecreasethealternator-belttensionand
tightenthebolts.Checkthedeectionofthebeltagainto
ensurethatthetensioniscorrect.

intoskin.Injecteduidmustbesurgicallyremoved
withinafewhoursbyadoctor.
