3.Whilesittingontheseat,theenginemustnot
startwitheitherthecutting-unitswitchengaged
orthetractionpedalengaged.
Note:Correcttheproblemifitisnotoperating
properly.
4.Whilesittingontheseat,putthetractionpedal
inNEUTRAL,theparkingbrakeisDISENGAGED,
andthecuttingunitswitchintheOFFposition.
Note:Theengineshouldstart.Risefromthe
seatandslowlypressthetractionpedal,and
theengineshouldshutoffin1to3seconds.If
itdoesnotshutoff,thereisamalfunctioninthe
interlocksystemthatyoushouldcorrectbefore
resumingoperation.
Note:Themachineisequippedwithaninterlock
switchontheparkingbrake.Theengineshutsoff
whenyoupressthetractionpedalwiththeparking
brakeengaged.
