DANGER
Incertainconditions,fuelisextremely
ammableandhighlyexplosive.Areor
explosionfromfuelcanburnyouandothers
andcandamageproperty.
•Beforeremovingthefuel-tankcap,make
surethatthevehicleispositionedonalevel
surface.Openthefuel-tankcapslowly.
•Fillthefueltankoutdoors,inanopenarea,
whentheengineiscold.Wipeupanyfuel
thatspills.
•Neverllthefueltankinsideanenclosed
trailer.
•Donotllthefueltankcompletelyfull.
Addfueltothefueltankuntilthelevelis
6to13mm(1/4to1/2inch)belowthe
bottomofthellerneck.Thisemptyspace
inthetankallowsfueltoexpand.
•Neversmokewhenhandlingfuel,andstay
awayfromanopenameorwherefuel
fumesmaybeignitedbyaspark.
•Storefuelinanapprovedcontainerand
keepitoutofthereachofchildren.Never
buymorethana30-daysupplyoffuel.
•Donotoperatewithoutentireexhaust
systeminplaceandinproperworking
condition.

•Alwaysplacethefuelcontainersonthe

•Donotllthefuelcontainersinsidea
vehicleoronatruckortrailerbedbecause
interiorcarpetsorplastictruckbedliners
mayinsulatethecontainerandslowthe
lossofanystaticcharge.
•Whenpractical,removegas-powered
equipmentfromthetruckortrailerand
refueltheequipmentwiththewheelson
theground.
•Ifthisisnotpossible,refuelsuch
equipmentonatruckortrailerfroma
portablecontainerratherthanfromafuel
dispensernozzle.
•Ifafueldispensernozzlemustbeused,
keepthenozzleincontactwiththerimof
thefueltankorcontaineropeningatall
timesuntilfuelingiscomplete.
