CAUTION

1.Parkmachineonalevelsurfacewiththecuttingdecksloweredandoff.
Makesurehydraulicoilisatnormaloperatingtemperature,engineisoffand
theparkingbrakeisapplied.
2.Raiseandsupportoperatorseattogainaccesstocombinationmanifold.
3.Connecta70bar(1000PSI)pressuregaugetotestportG1oncombination
manifold(Figure58).
Note:Thecuttingdecksneedtobeintheoatpositionwhenchecking
counterbalancepressure.Also,makesurethatallofthecuttingdeckcastor
wheelsareonthegroundwhentestingoradjustingcounterbalancepressure.
IMPORTANT
Whiletestingcounterbalancepressure,DONOTraiseanyofthe
cuttingdecks.Ifdecksareraised,systempressureincreasewill
damagepressuregauge.
4.Startengineandincreaseenginespeedtohighidlespeedwithnoloadon
thehydraulicsystem.Donotengagethecuttingdecks.
GAUGEREADINGTOBEapproximately22.4bar(325PSI).
Note:TherecommendedcounterbalancepressureforyourGroundsmaster
is22.4bar(325PSI).
5.Stopengineandrecordtestresults.
