Logicpowerisprovidedtothecontrollersaslongasthebatterycablesare
connectedtothebattery.Apairof2Ampfuses(fuseD−1forthefrontcontroller
andfuseD−2fortherearcontroller)providecircuitprotectionforthislogicpower
tothecontrollers.
ThefrontTECcontrollermonitorsthestatesofthefollowingcomponentsas
inputs:ignitionswitch,tractionpedalpositionsensor,parkingbrakeswitch,
HI/LOWspeedswitch,servicebrakeswitches,seatswitch,enginespeedswitch,
hydraulictemperaturesender,turnsignalswitch(ifequipped)andhazardswitch
(ifequipped).
ThefrontTECcontrollercontrolselectricaloutputtotheengineECU(start
andrunfunctions),fandrivesolenoidcoils(directionandowsource),traction
(piston)pumpsolenoids(forwardandreverse)andtractionsolenoidcoil(HI/LOW
speed).Additionally,electricaloutputsforbrakelights,turnlightsandwarning
lightsonGroundsmaster4010−DmachinesareprovidedbythefrontTEC
controller.CircuitprotectionforfrontTECoutputsisprovidedbythree(3)7.5
