Testing
1.Parkmachineonalevelsurface,lowercuttingdecks,stopengine,engage
parkingbrakeandremovekeyfromtheignitionswitch.
2.Tomakesurethatmachineoperationdoesnotoccurunexpectedly,
disconnectnegative(−)cablefrombatteryandthendisconnectpositive(+)
cablefrombattery(seeBatteryService(page6–91)).
3.Locaterelaythatistobetested.
4.Disconnectwireharnessconnectorfromrelay.Removerelayfrommounting
bracketfortesting.

terminals.Securerelaytomountingbracketandconnectwireharness
connectortorelay.
10.Secureallremovedcomponentstomachine.
11.Connectpositive(+)cablersttobatteryandthenconnectnegative(−)cable
tobattery(seeBatteryService(page6–91)).
