•Inspectthefuellinesandconnections.
•Replacethefuel-ltercanister.
•Replacetheenginefuellter.
•Checktheplanetary-gear-driveoil.
•Checkforend-playintheplanetarydrives.
•Checktherear-axlelubricant.

•Greasethebearingsintherearaxle.

•Changethefrontplanetary-gearoiloryearly,whichevercomesrst.
•Changetherear-axlelubricant.
•Checktherearwheeltoe-in.
•Inspecttheblade-drivebelt.
•Ifyouarenotusingtherecommendedhydraulicuidorhaveeverlledthereservoir
withanalternativeuid,changethehydraulicuid.
•Ifyouarenotusingtherecommendedhydraulicuidorhaveeverlledthereservoir
withanalternativeuid,replacethehydrauliclter(sooneriftheserviceinterval
indicatorisintheredzone).
•Inspectthesidecuttingunitdamper.
•Inspectthecuttingunitcaster-wheelassemblies.
Every1,000hours
•Drainandcleanthefueltank.
•Ifyouareusingtherecommendedhydraulicuid,replacethehydrauliclter(sooner
iftheserviceintervalindicatorisintheredzone).
•Checkandadjustthevalveclearance.
Every2,000hours
•Ifyouareusingtherecommendedhydraulicuid,changethehydraulicuid.
Beforestorage
•Drainandcleanthefueltank.
Every2years
•Flushthecoolingsystemandreplacetheuid.
•Drainandushthehydraulictank.
•Replacemovinghoses.
CAUTION
Ifyouleavethekeyintheswitch,someonecouldaccidentlystarttheengineandseriously
injureyouorotherbystanders.
Removethekeyfromtheswitchbeforeyoudoanymaintenance.
