1.Parkmachineonalevelsurface,lowercuttingdecks,stopengine,apply
parkingbrakeandremovekeyfromthekeyswitch.
2.Removecentercuttingdeck(seeCenterCuttingDeck(page9–3)).
CAUTION
Whenchangingattachments,tiresorperformingotherservice,use
correctjacksandsupports.Makesuremachineisparkedonasolid,
levelsurfacesuchasaconcreteoor.Priortoraisingmachine,
removeanyattachmentsthatmayinterferewiththesafeandproper
raisingofthemachine.Alwayschockorblockwheels.Usejack
standstosupporttheraisedmachine.Ifthemachineisnotproperly
supportedbyjackstands,themachinemaymoveorfall,whichmay
resultinpersonalinjury.
3.Chockrearwheelsandjackupfrontofmachine.Supportmachineonjack
stands.Removefrontwheelnexttoliftarmthatisbeingremoved.
4.Removeangeheadscrewandlocknutthatsecureliftcylinderpintoliftarm.
Removepinandseparateliftcylinderfromliftarm.
5.Removelocknutthatsecuresliftarmpin.Supportliftarmandslidepinfrom
frameandliftarm.Removeliftarmfromframe.
6.Asneeded,disassembleliftarm:
