InformationregardingGroundsmaster4110−Delectricalcabcomponents
(switchesandrelay)isincludedinChapter5ElectricalSystem.Theelectrical
schematicandwireharnessdrawingsfortheoperatorcabareincludedin
AppendixA(pageA–1).
AirConditioningSystem
TheairconditioningsystemusedontheGroundsmaster4110−Dconsistsofthe
followingcomponents:
1.Acompressormountedontheengineanddrivenbyav−belt.
2.Acondenserandcondenserfanlocatedonthetopofthecab.
3.Adrier−receiver,anexpansionvalveandanevaporator(combinedwiththe
heatercore)mountedintheheadlinerofthecab.
4.Thenecessaryhosesandtubesthatconnectthesystemcomponents.
5.Afanmotorthatprovidesairmovementthroughtheevaporatorandinto
thecab.Thefanmotorislocatedinthecabheadlinerandisalsousedfor
thecabheatersystem.
6.Operatorcontrolstoturntheairconditioningon,toadjustthefanspeedand
tocontrolthecabairtemperature.
CabHeaterSystem
ThecabheatersystemusedontheGroundsmaster4110−Dconsistsofthe
followingcomponents:
1.Aheatercore(combinedwiththeA/Cevaporator)locatedinthecab
headliner.
2.Hosestoallowacircuitforenginecoolanttocirculatethroughtheheater
core.Theheatercore(combinedwiththeA/Cevaporator)islocatedinthe
headlinerofthecab.
3.Afanmotorthatprovidesairmovementthroughtheheatercoreandinto
thecab.Thefanmotorislocatedinthecabheadlinerandisalsousedfor
theairconditioningsystem.
4.Operatorcontrolstoadjustthefanspeedandtocontrolthecabair
temperature.
