Installation(Figure351)
1.InstallcondensercoiltoroofusingFigure352asaguide.
2.Removecapsthatwereplacedonhosesandttingsduringtheremoval
process.Usinglabelsplacedduringremoval,properlysecurehosesto
condensercoil.
3.Positioncondensercoverandcondenserfantoroof.Securecoverandfan
withremovedfasteners(items2,6and8).
4.Securecondenserfantocondensercoilwithbuttonheadscrews(item10).
5.Connectwireharnessconnectortocondenserfanmotor.
6.Makesurethatallmachineairconditioningcomponentsareinstalledand
secure.
7.Haveacertiedairconditioningservicetechnicianevacuatetheair
conditioningsystemcompletely,properlyrechargethesystemwithR134a
refrigerantandthenleaktestthesystem.A/Csystemcapacityis0.8kg
(1.75lb)ofR134arefrigerant.
