11. Move the choke control knob to the “choke“ position
(Fig. 0903).

12. Ensure the carburetor choke plate is fully closed
(Fig. 0904).
10. Pull the outer housing of the choke cable until the
inner wire has almost no slack and tighten the cable
clamp (Fig. 0902).

13. Make sure the choke plate turns from the fully closed
position to the fully open position when actuating the
choke control knob.
14. Hook the z-bend of the throttle cable to the throttle
control lever and loosely clamp the outer housing of
the throttle cable into the cable clamp (Fig. 0905).
