10. Disconnect brake rod from brake lever.

11. Remove hub, drum/pulley assembly with the
brake band assembly from axle.

12. Slide brake band from drum and inspect for wear
or damage. Replace if needed.

13. While using a 1/2" socket with extension to hold
the bolt, use a 1/2" wrench and loosen lock nut
and remove.
