Hydro Idler Installation

7. Remove the bolt, washer, pulley, and spacer from

the idler lever (Fig. 0964).

1. Slide the washer onto the bolt. Insert the bolt

through the ﬂ ush face side of the pulley (Fig. 0966).

2. Slide the spacer onto the bolt (Fig. 0967).

8. Inspect the bearing and bushings in the pulley

and idler lever. If worn or damaged they must be

replaced.
