4. Slip the compression spring over the cable, then
slip the lugged end of the cable into the slot in
the brake plate. Slip the spring between the
brake plate and mounting plate, then secure with
the cable clamp and ground strap stop as shown
in Figure 108.

5. Adjust the cable as described below.
