5. Disconnect the cable from the traction lever (Fig.
263).
3. Remove 6 screws from the traction rod retainer (Fig.
261).

4. Remove the traction rod retainer. Note the location
of the traction control rod (Fig. 262).

6. Unhook the springs from each side of the handle
(Fig. 264).
