5. Position the safety shield components as shown
in Figure 39, and secure the safety shield and
end caps with the two flanged head capscrews.
Torque all end cap capscrews.
End Cap Capscrew Torque:
25 N-m (225 in Ibs)

6. Install the wheel and tire assembly onto the pivot
arm using a shoulder
bolt and nylon locknut.
Don’t forget the washer that
goes between the
wheel and the pivot arm.
7. Check for free operation of the pivot arm.
