Operator not moving forward 25 mm (1 )
after releasing control bar
Transmission belt
turning input pulley
when control bar is disengaged
Contact between wheel and wheel cover
Wheel pinion clutch malfunctioning

Adjust or replace traction belt
Repair or replace wheel cover

Inspect wheel pinion clutch and repair as necessary
