yearround.

warmtheoil.
Important:Theengineandthehydraulicsystem
temperatureindicatorsmustbeintheirrespective,
normaloperatingtemperaturerangesbeforeyou
performanyworkwiththemachine.
OperatingtheParkingBrake
1.Toggletheparking-brakeswitch(Figure44)uptoapply
theparkingbrake.

UsingtheTraction-ControlPedal
Thetraction-controlpedalcontrolsthedirectionandthe
speedofthemachine.Thespeedofthemachinedependson
thepositionofthegear-selectorswitch.
Note:Formaximumspeedineitherdirection,pushthe
pedalcompletelydown.
•Pushdownonthetopofthepedaltomovethemachine
forward(Figure45).
•Pushdownonthebottomofthepedaltomovethe
machinerearward(Figure45).
•Toreducespeedortostopthemachine,movethepedal
uptowardtheNeutralposition(Figure45).
Note:Thefootpedaloverridestheutility-tractioncontrol
whenyouincreaseordecreasethegroundspeedwhileyou
areoperatingrear-mountedattachments.
