ServiceInterval:Every250hours
1.Removetheright-sidepanel;refertoRemovingthe
SidePanels(page37).
2.Inspectthebeltforcuts,cracks,loosecords,grease,oil,
twisting,orsignsofabnormalwear.
Note:Replacethebeltifitisexcessivelywornor
damaged;refertoInstallingtheBelt(page62).
3.Installtheright-sidepanel;refertoInstallingtheSide
Panels(page38).

1.Removetherightsidepanel;refertoRemovingthe
SidePanels(page37).
2.Placeastraightedgeoverthedrivebeltandacrossthe
pulleysasshowninFigure86.

fanpulleyandthealternatorpulleyasshowninFigure
86.
Note:Therangeofbeltdeectionbetweenthe
straightedgeandthebeltshouldbe7to9mm(0.28to
0.35inches)underaloadof10kg(22lb).
4.Ifthetensionofthebeltisaboveorbelowthespecied
range,adjustthedrivebelttension;refertoAdjusting
theTensionoftheBelt(page60).
