WARNING

Standonthetreadsideofthetire.Alwaysll
thetirestothecorrectairpressure,andfollow
theinstructionsinthismanualforaddingairor
servicingthetires.
WARNING
Donotweldthewheelorrimwiththetireinstalled.
Weldingwithanexplosiveair/gasmixturecan
ignite,causingseriousinjuryordeath,regardlessof
whetherthetireisinatedordeated.
Removingtheairorbreakingthebeadisnot
adequate;youmustcompletelyremovethetirefrom
therimbeforewelding.
WARNING
Anexplosiveseparationofthetireand/orrimparts
cancauseinjuryordeath.
Haveaqualiedtiremechanicservicethetire.
CheckingtheTiresandWheels
ServiceInterval:Beforeeachuseordaily
1.Checkeachtireforembeddedobjects,separatedplies,
missingtread,bulges,oradamagedbead,andreplace
it,ifnecessary.
2.Checkeachwheelforsignsofunusualbendingor
damage,andreplaceit,ifnecessary.
MaintainingtheAirPressureinthe
Tires
ServiceInterval:Every50hours
Important:Maintaintheairpressureinthetiresat310
kPa(45psi).
1.Measuretheairpressureinthetires;ifthetirepressure
isnotattherecommendedpressure,completetherest
ofthisprocedure.
Important:Useanairhosewitharemoteshutoff
valveandaself-lockingchuck.
Note:Beforeyouaddair,ensurethatthetireis
properlyinstalledonthemachine,orputthewheelina
restrainingdevice,suchasatireinationcage.
2.Removethecapfromthevalvestem.
3.Attachtheself-lockingchuckoftheairhosetothe
valvestem.
4.Wheninatingthetirewhileitismountedtothe
machine,standbehindthetreadofthetire.
Note:Ensurethatallpersonsareawayfromtheside
ofthetirebeforeyoustarttoaddair.
5.Opentheremoteshutoffvalvetoinatethetiretothe
speciedpressure,thenclosethevalve.
Important:Donotinatethetiremorethanthe
recommendedpressure.
6.Removetheairchuckfromthevalvestem.
7.Installthecaponthevalvestem.
MaintainingtheTiresandWheels
Alwayshaveaqualiedtiretechnicianservicethetiresand
wheelsofthismachine.Topreventaccidents,usearestraining
device(suchasatireinationcage),thecorrectequipment,
andthecorrectprocedure.
Important:Thereare2differenttire-treadpatternand
wheelcombinations;theleft-sidetiresandtheright-side
tiresaredifferent.Ensurethatthetreaddirectionofthe
tireandthevalvesteminthewheelarecorrectlyaligned
beforeinstallingthetiretotherim.

2.Incrementallytorquethewheelnutsforeachwheel
