tank.Donotllintothellerneck.
Important:Donotllthetankmorethan1/4
inch(6mm)fromthetopofthetankbecause
thegasolinemusthaveroomtoexpand.
4.Installthefueltankcapandwipeupanyspilled
gasoline.
StartingtheEngine
1.Connectthewiretothesparkplug(Figure10).

3.MovethethrottlecontrollevertotheChoke
position(Figure6).
Note:Youdonotneedtousethechokewhenthe
engineiswarm.
4.MovethegroundspeedcontrollevertotheNeutral
(N)position.
5.Pullthestarterhandlelightlyuntilyoufeel
resistance,thenpullitsharply.
6.Whentheenginestarts,movethethrottleandset
thegroundspeedcontrolasdesired.
Note:Iftheenginefailstostartafter3pulls,repeat
steps3through6.
StoppingtheEngine
1.MovethethrottlecontroltotheStopposition.
2.Disconnectthewirefromthesparkplugifyoudo
notusethemowerorleaveitunattended.
