•Sharpenorreplacetheblade.

•Cleanthebladebrakeclutchshield.

•Lubricatethegearcase.

•Inspectandadjustthesparkplug;replaceitifnecessary.

•Adjusttheself-propeldrive.

•Servicethewheels.

•Adjustthebladebrakecable.

•Cleanunderthebeltcover.

CAUTION

Ifyouleavethewireonthesparkplug,someonecouldaccidentlystarttheengineandseriouslyinjure

youorotherbystanders.

Disconnectthewirefromthesparkplugbeforeyoudoanymaintenance.Setthewireasidesothatitdoes

notaccidentlycontactthesparkplug.
