Install spring

and pawl

into the respective

groove.

Install retainer

(M),

covering pawl with

side groove.

Apply locking agent on screw

(N).

not over tighten screw

(N).

Over

tightening may disturb movement

of

pawl.

9.

Tighten screw

(N)

to specified torque. (See TORQUE

SPECIFICATIONS.)

11.

Pull

rope out of case and install handle.

12.

Check movement

of

pawl, pulling and returning rope.

13.

Pull

rope out to the end.

If

rope can not be pulled

out to the end

or

can not be rewound when released,

preloading

is

too much. Rotate reel

(B)

turn

clockwise, keeping rope

(G)

in

notch

(0)

of reel, and

then check the condition again.
