•Donotoperatetheengineinaconnedspacewhere
dangerouscarbonmonoxidefumescancollect.
•Stoptheengine
–wheneveryouleavethelawnmower.

guardfrequentlyandreplacewithmanufacturer’s

•Replacewornordamagedpartsforsafety.
•Replacefaultysilencers.
•Ifthefueltankhastobedrained,dothisout-doors.
•Donotchangetheenginegovernorsettingsor
overspeedtheengine.Operatinganengineat
excessivespeedcanincreasethehazardofpersonal
injury.
•Onmultibladedlawnmowers,takecareasrotating
oneblademaycauseotherstorotate.
•Becarefulduringadjustmentofthelawnmowerto
prevententrapmentofthengersbetweenmoving
