MaintenanceSafety
•Beforeadjusting,cleaning,repairing,orleaving
themachine,dothefollowing:
–Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
–Movethethrottleswitchtothelow-idleposition.
–Lowertheattachment.
–Ensurethatthetractionisinneutral.
–Engagetheparkingbrake.
–Shutofftheengineandremovethekey.
–Waitforallmovingpartstostop.
–Allowmachinecomponentstocoolbefore
performingmaintenance.
•Ifpossible,donotperformmaintenancewhilethe
engineisrunning.Keepawayfrommovingparts.
•Usejackstandstosupportthemachineor
componentswhenrequired.
•Carefullyreleasepressurefromcomponentswith
storedenergy.

•Servicetheaircleaner(earlierinextremelydusty,dirtyconditions).
•Replacetheairlter.
Every500hours
•Replacethefuellter.
•Changethecarbon-canisterlter.
•Cleantheoilcooler.
•Checktheenginespeed(atidleandfullthrottle).ContactyourauthorizedT oro
distributorforservice.
Every800hours
•Ifyouarenotusingtherecommendedhydraulicuidorhaveeverlledthereservoir
withanalternativeuid,replacethehydrauliclter.

•De-carbonthecombustionchamber.ContactyourauthorizedT orodistributorfor
service.
•Adjustthevalvesandtorqueheadbolts.ContactyourauthorizedT orodistributorfor

•Drainandcleanthefueltank.

•Ifyouareusingtherecommendedhydraulicuid,replacethehydrauliclter.
Every1,500hours
•Replacemovinghoses.
