6.Removethemanifoldsupportassembly.
7.Removetheairap(item2inFigure29).
8.Labelanddisconnectthewireharnessatthe4pistonpumpservocontrol
solenoidcoils.
9.Labelanddisconnectthewireharnessatthe2tractionpressuresensors.
10.Topreventcontaminationofthehydraulicsystemduringgearpumpand
piston(traction)pumpremoval,thoroughlycleantheexteriorofthegear
pump,pistonpump,andallttingsandhose/tubeconnections.
11.Disconnectthesuctionhosefromthebottomofthegearpumpandthe
pressurehosesfromthetopofthegearpump.Putplugsintheopen
hydraulichoses.Labeldisconnectedhydraulichosesforproperreassembly.
12.Markthettingorientationtoallowforcorrectassemblythenremovethe
ttingsfromthegearpumpanddiscardtheO-rings.
13.Removethe2capscrewsandplainwashersthatsecurethegearpumpto
thepistonpumpandslidethegearpumprearwardandoutofthemachine.
14.Plugthegearpumpports,thenlocateanddiscardtheO-ringbetweenthe
gearpumpandthepistonpump.
15.Labelandremoveallofthehydrauliclinesthatconnecttothepistonpump.
Installplugsorcapsondisconnectedhydraulichosesandttingstoprevent
contaminationofthehydraulicsystem.
