5.Securethefuelcoolerassemblytothehydraulicuidcooler.
6.Removethecoversandplugsfromtheopeningsintheradiatorandthe
hydraulicuidcoolerandthedisconnectedcoolantandhydrauliclinesthat
wereinstalledduringremoval.
7.Connectthehydrauliclinestothehydraulicuidcooler.
8.Connecttheupperandlowerradiatorhosesandthereservoirhosetothe
radiatorandsecurethehoseswiththehoseclamps.
9.Fillthereservoirwithcoolant;refertothetractionunitOperator’sManual.
10.Addhydraulicuidtothehydraulicreservoirasnecessary;refertothe
tractionunitOperator’sManual.
11.Starttheengineandcheckforcoolantandhydraulicuidleaks.Repairany
leaksasrequired.
12.Continuetoruntheenginetoobtaintheoperatingtemperature.Checkthe
coolantandhydraulicuidlevelsandadjustasnecessarybeforereturning
themachinetoservice.
13.Installthefrontscreen.
