CANbus
ThemachinecontrollerscommunicatewitheachotheronaControllerArea
Network(CAN)bussystem.Usingthisnetworkallowsfullintegrationofallthe
differentelectricalcomponentsofthemachine,allowingthemtooperatetogether
asone.TheintegrationofthecontrollersallowstheInfoCenterDisplaytoassist
withelectricalsystemdiagnostics.
Twospeciallydesigned,twistedwiresformtheCANbus.Thesewiresprovide
thedatapathwaysbetweenthecomponentsonthenetwork.Theengineering
termforthesecablesareCANHighandCANLow.TheCANbuswiresare
yellow(CAN-High)andgreen(CANLow).AteachendoftheCANbusisa120
ohmterminationresistor;refertoCANbusT erminatorResistors(page6–71).
