•Depressthetractionpedalslowly.TheTR.PEDALSIGNAL1and2voltages
shouldincreaseasthepedalisdepressed.Signal1shouldbeapproximately
twiceashighassignal2.Ifnot,thetractionpedaloritscircuitwiringisfaulty
andshouldbetested.
•Depressthedeceleratorpedalslowly.TheBRAKENEUTRALinputshould
beOFFwhenthepedalisdepressedandONwhenthepedalisfullyatrest.
Ifnot,thedeceleratorpedalneutralswitchoritscircuitwiringisfaultyand
shouldbetested.
•Depressthedeceleratorpedalslowly.TheBRAKEPEDALSIGNALvoltage
shouldincreaseasthepedalisdepressed.Ifnot,thedeceleratorpedalorits
circuitwiringisfaultyandshouldbetested.
•ToggletheparkingbrakeswitchONandOFF.ThePBRAKEOFFinput
shouldalternateONandOFF .Ifnot,theparkingbrakeswitchoritscircuit
wiringisfaultyandshouldbetested.
•Pressandreleasethedifferentiallockbutton.TheDIFF .LOCKinputshould
alternateOFFandON.Ifnot,thedifferentiallockbuttonoritscircuitwiringis
faultyandshouldbetested.
•Whenthevehicleisstationary,bothFRONTandREARGROUND(speed
sensors)shoulddisplay0.0MPH/KPH.Whenthevehicleisinmotion,both
speedsensorsshoulddisplayapproximatelythesamespeed.Ifnot,oneof
thespeedsensorsoritscircuitwiringisfaultyandshouldbetested.
•Whentheengineisrunningandthevehicleisstationary,bothFRONTand
REARTRACTION(pressuresensors)shoulddisplaythesystemcharge
pressureofapproximately1860kPa(270psi).Achargepressurereading
oflessthan1103kPa(160psi)indicatesapressuresensororahydraulic
chargecircuitissue.
•Whentheengineisrunningandthevehicleisinmotion,bothFRONTand
REARTRACTIONshoulddisplayapproximatelythesamepressureduetothe
tractionpressurecompensationfeature.Ifnot,oneofthepressuresensorsor
itscircuitwiringmaybefaultyandshouldbetested,orthetractionpressure
compensationsoftwaremayrequirereloadingorreplacement.Contactyour
AuthorizedToroDistributorforassistanceinreloadingthemachinesoftware.

Note:Aninappropriateoutputreadingmayindicateanissuewiththe
controller.ContactyourAuthorizedT oroDistributorforassistancewithcontroller
reprogrammingorreplacement.
•Whenthevehicleisstationary,FRONT/REARFWD/REVHYDROwill
displayaminimumamountofamperagebeingsenttothevarioustraction
pumpcontrolvalvesolenoids.Allfourdisplaysshouldbeapproximatelythe
same.Whenthevehicleisinmotion,theamountofamperagebeingsent
tothevarioustractionpumpcontrolvalvesolenoidsshouldincrease.Ifthe
outputreadingisappropriateandthevehicledoesnotperformcorrectly,
thetractionpumpcontrolvalvesolenoidoritscircuitwiringmaybefaulty
andshouldbetested.
•Whenthedeceleratorpedalispressed,theBRAKEOUTPUT(optional
electrictrailerbrakecontroller)togglesformOFFtoON.Iftheoutputreading
isappropriateandthevehicledoesnotperformcorrectly,theoptionalelectric
trailerbrakecontroller,theelectrictrailerbrakes,ortheircircuitwiringmaybe
faultyandshouldbetested.
•Oncealltherequiredconditionsaresatised(enginerunning,vehicle
stationary,parkingbrakedisengaged),pressingandreleasingthedifferential
lockbuttonshouldtoggleDIFF .LOCKOUTPUTONandOFF .Also,theDIFF .
LOCKOUTPUTisONwhentheparkingbrakeswitchisONandOFFwhen
