twiceashighassignal2.Ifnot,thetractionpedaloritscircuitwiringisfaulty
andshouldbetested.
Depressthedeceleratorpedalslowly.TheBRAKENEUTRALinputshould
beOFFwhenthepedalisdepressedandONwhenthepedalisfullyatrest.
Ifnot,thedeceleratorpedalneutralswitchoritscircuitwiringisfaultyand
shouldbetested.
Depressthedeceleratorpedalslowly.TheBRAKEPEDALSIGNALvoltage
shouldincreaseasthepedalisdepressed.Ifnot,thedeceleratorpedalorits
circuitwiringisfaultyandshouldbetested.
ToggletheparkingbrakeswitchONandOFF.ThePBRAKEOFFinput
shouldalternateONandOFF .Ifnot,theparkingbrakeswitchoritscircuit
wiringisfaultyandshouldbetested.
Pressandreleasethedifferentiallockbutton.TheDIFF .LOCKinputshould
alternateOFFandON.Ifnot,thedifferentiallockbuttonoritscircuitwiringis
faultyandshouldbetested.
Whenthevehicleisstationary,bothFRONTandREARGROUND(speed
sensors)shoulddisplay0.0MPH/KPH.Whenthevehicleisinmotion,both
speedsensorsshoulddisplayapproximatelythesamespeed.Ifnot,oneof
thespeedsensorsoritscircuitwiringisfaultyandshouldbetested.
Whentheengineisrunningandthevehicleisstationary,bothFRONTand
REARTRACTION(pressuresensors)shoulddisplaythesystemcharge
pressureofapproximately1860kPa(270psi).Achargepressurereading
oflessthan1103kPa(160psi)indicatesapressuresensororahydraulic
chargecircuitissue.
Whentheengineisrunningandthevehicleisinmotion,bothFRONTand
REARTRACTIONshoulddisplayapproximatelythesamepressureduetothe
tractionpressurecompensationfeature.Ifnot,oneofthepressuresensorsor
itscircuitwiringmaybefaultyandshouldbetested,orthetractionpressure
compensationsoftwaremayrequirereloadingorreplacement.Contactyour
AuthorizedToroDistributorforassistanceinreloadingthemachinesoftware.
UsingtheOutputsScreen
Note:Aninappropriateoutputreadingmayindicateanissuewiththe
controller.ContactyourAuthorizedT oroDistributorforassistancewithcontroller
reprogrammingorreplacement.
Whenthevehicleisstationary,FRONT/REARFWD/REVHYDROwill
displayaminimumamountofamperagebeingsenttothevarioustraction
pumpcontrolvalvesolenoids.Allfourdisplaysshouldbeapproximatelythe
same.Whenthevehicleisinmotion,theamountofamperagebeingsent
tothevarioustractionpumpcontrolvalvesolenoidsshouldincrease.Ifthe
outputreadingisappropriateandthevehicledoesnotperformcorrectly,
thetractionpumpcontrolvalvesolenoidoritscircuitwiringmaybefaulty
andshouldbetested.
Whenthedeceleratorpedalispressed,theBRAKEOUTPUT(optional
electrictrailerbrakecontroller)togglesformOFFtoON.Iftheoutputreading
isappropriateandthevehicledoesnotperformcorrectly,theoptionalelectric
trailerbrakecontroller,theelectrictrailerbrakes,ortheircircuitwiringmaybe
faultyandshouldbetested.
Oncealltherequiredconditionsaresatised(enginerunning,vehicle
stationary,parkingbrakedisengaged),pressingandreleasingthedifferential
lockbuttonshouldtoggleDIFF .LOCKOUTPUTONandOFF .Also,theDIFF .
LOCKOUTPUTisONwhentheparkingbrakeswitchisONandOFFwhen
