16.Formachinesequippedwithairconditioning,dischargetherefrigerant
hosesinaccordancewithlocalregulationsanddisconnectthehosesatthe
compressor.Capthettingsandplugthehosestopreventcontamination
fromenteringtheairconditioningsystem.
17.Removetherubberbootfromtheauxiliaryloadvalve.
18.Formachinesequippedwithafrontloader,removetheknob,jamnutand
rubberbootfromtheloadervalve.
19.Removethe4angenuts,snubbingwashersandcapscrewssecuringthe
operatorplatformtotheframe.
CAUTION
Thestandardoperatorplatformassemblyweighsapproximately
748kg(1,650lb).Theoperatorplatformandcabassemblyweighs
approximately952kg(2,100lb).Useanappropriatehoisttoraise
andlowertheoperatorplatformassembly.
20.Usingthe4liftpointsprovided,raisetheoperatorplatformafewinches.
Placeblocksbetweentheoperatorplatformmountsandthechassis,then
ensurealltherequiredhosesandwireharnessesaredisconnectedand
freetoseparatefromthechassis.
