sealantsareusuallyroomtemperaturevulcanizing(RTV)whichforma
exiblesiliconerubberthatbondstoawidevarietyofsmoothorporous
materialswhencured.Standardsiliconesealantsaredesignedtoperform
intemperaturesfrom-51°Fto232°C(-60°Fto400°F),whilehigh
temperaturevariantscanpreformintemperaturesupto343°C(650°F)
