StoppingtheMachine
Important:Whenstoppingthemachineon
anincline,usetheservicebrakestostopthe
machineandengagetheparkingbraketoholdthe
machineinplace.Usingtheacceleratortostall
themachineonthehillcanoverheatthemotoror
drainthebatteries.
1.Removeyourfootfromtheacceleratorpedal.
2.Slowlypressthebrakepedaltoapplytheservice
brakesuntilthemachinecomestoacomplete
stop.
Note:Thestoppingdistancemayvary
dependingonthemachineloadandspeed.
LoadingtheCargoBed
Usethefollowingguidelineswhenloadingthecargo
bedandoperatingthemachine:
Observetheweightcapacityofthemachineand
limittheweightoftheloadthatyoucarryinthe
cargobedasdescribedinSpecications(page
13)andonthegrossvehicleweighttagofthe
machine.
Note:Theloadratingisspeciedformachine
operationonalevelsurfaceonly.
Reducetheweightoftheloadthatyoucarryinthe
cargobedwhenoperatingthemachineonhills
androughterrain.
Reducetheweightoftheloadthatyoucarrywhen
thematerialsaretall(andhaveahighcenterof
gravity),suchasastackofbricks,landscaping
timbers,orfertilizerbags.Distributetheloadas
lowaspossibletoensurethattheloaddoesnot
reduceyourabilitytoseebehindthemachine
whenoperatingit.

Useextracautionwhentransportingoversized
loadsinthecargobed,particularlywhenyou
cannotcentertheweightoftheoversizeloadto
thecargobed.
