Every800hours
•Changethefront-differentialoil.
•Changethehydraulicuidandcleanthestrainer.
•Replacethehydrauliclter.
•Changethehigh-owhydraulicuidandlter(TCmodelsonly).
Every1,000hours
•Changethebrakeuid.
•Drain/ushthefueltank.
•Flushorreplacethecoolant-systemuid.
Note:Determinetheleftandrightsidesofthemachinefromthenormaloperatingposition.
DANGER
Onlyqualiedandauthorizedpersonnelshallbepermittedtomaintain,repair,adjust,orinspectthe
machine.
Avoidrehazardsandhavereprotectionequipmentpresentintheworkarea.Donotuseanopename
tochecklevelorleakageoffuel,batteryelectrolyte,orcoolant.Donotuseopenpansoffuelorammable
cleaninguidsforcleaningparts.
CAUTION
Ifyouleavethekeyinthestarterswitch,someonecouldaccidentlystarttheengineandseriouslyinjure
youorotherbystanders.
Removethekeyfromthestarterswitchbeforeyoudoanymaintenance.
OperatinginAdverseConditions
Important:Ifthemachineissubjectedtoanyoftheconditionslistedbelow,maintenanceshouldbeperformed
twiceasfrequently:
•Desertoperation
•Coldclimateoperationbelow0°C(32°F)
•Trailertowing
•Frequentoperationondustyroads
•Constructionwork
•Afterextendedoperationinmud,sand,water,orsimilardirtyconditions,haveyourbrakesinspectedandcleanedassoonas
possible.Thiswillpreventanyabrasivematerialfromcausingexcessivewear.
