Coolingsystemcapacity:3.7L(4USqt)
Coolanttype:a50/50solutionofwaterandpermanent
ethylene-glycolantifreeze.
CAUTION
Iftheenginehasbeenrunning,thepressurized,hot
coolantcanescapeandcauseburns.
Donotopentheradiatorcap.
Allowtheenginetocoolatleast15minutesor
untiltheradiatorcapiscoolenoughtotouch
withoutburningyourhand.
Usearagwhenopeningthereservetankcap,
andopenthecapslowlytoallowsteamto
escape.
Donotcheckthecoolantlevelattheradiator;
onlycheckthecoolantlevelatthereservetank.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.
2.Checkthecoolantlevelinsidethereservetank(Figure
17).
Note:Thecoolantshouldbeuptothebottomofthe
llerneckwhentheengineiscold.

2.Cleantheareaaroundthedipstick(Figure18).

3.Unscrewthedipstickfromthetopofthetransaxleand
wipeitwithacleanrag.
4.Screwthedipstickintothetransaxleandensurethat
itisfullyseated.
5.Unscrewthedipstickandchecktheuidlevel.
Note:Theuidshouldbeuptotopoftheatportion
ofthedipstick.
6.Ifthelevelislow,addenoughofthespecieduidto
achievetheproperlevel.
