2.SecureeachsideoftheROPStoframewith3bolts
(1/2inch)andtightenthento115N-m(85ft-lb).

Transaxle/HydraulicFluidLevel(page20)

AcceleratorPedal
Theacceleratorpedal(Figure5)givestheoperatortheability
tovarytheengineandgroundspeedofthevehiclewhen
thetransmissionisingear.Pressingthepedalincreasesthe
enginerpmandgroundspeed.Releasingthepedaldecreases
theenginerpmandgroundspeedofthemachine.

Theclutchpedal(Figure5)mustbefullypressedtodisengage
clutchwhenstartingtheengineorshiftingtransmissiongears.
Releasethepedalsmoothlywhenthetransmissionisingear
topreventunnecessarywearonthetransmissionandother
relatedparts.
Important:Donotridetheclutchpedalduring
operation.Theclutchpedalmustbefullyoutorthe
clutchwillslipcausingheatandwear.Neverholdthe
vehiclestoppedonahillusingtheclutchpedal.Damage
totheclutchmayoccur.
