Situation:
Customers may not have a convenient method for finding routine service information. Locating the
Operator’s Manual, Parts Catalog, or going out to look at the Maintenance Decal on the machine may
be inconvenient or time-consuming.
Instructions:
Toro is pleased to announce the availability of an easy reference to the most commonly accessed
service information used when maintaining commercial equipment. This Quick Service Reference
(QSR) Guide will allow customers to find service information quickly and easily. This guide is
packed with very valuable, routinely accessed maintenance information.
Note: The oil viscosity charts and API Data listed in the back of the book should be very helpful.
For additional ease, the guide can be printed on standard 8.5”x11” paper and stored in a 1 inch
wide, 3-ring binder, which can be found where office supplies are sold. Refer to the notes just
inside the cover page for instructions on making a book from the electronic file.
A printed 6” x 9” version of the QSR Guide with tabs is available for purchase at $40.00 and may
be ordered from the Toro University Bookstore. The Bookstore can be accessed on the Toro home
page on the internet (www.Toro.com). Select “Support” and then “Purchase Education Materials”
under Education. Select “Toro University Bookstore” and then select “Quick Ref Service Guide”.
The Guide is also available for purchase through your local Toro distributor. Contact your
