6.Removethebedbar;refertoRemovingtheBedbar(page7–11).
7.Removethefrontroller;refertoRemovingtheFrontRoller(page7–26).
8.Removetherearroller;refertoRemovingtheRearRoller(page7–28).
9.Supportthecuttingreeltopreventitfromshiftingorfallingandremovethe
twoshoulderboltsandtwoangenutsthatsecurethesideplatetothe
cuttingunitframe.Removethesideplatefromthecuttingunit.
10.Carefullyslidethecuttingreelassembly(withseals,bearingsandreel
nuts)fromtheoppositesideplate.Retrievetheatwirespringfromthereel
bearingboreoftheleftsideplate.
11.Thoroughlycleananygreaseandcorrosionfromthereelbearingboresin
thesideplates.
12.Inspecttheremainingcuttingunitcomponentsforcorrosion,wear,ordamage
andreplacethecomponentsasnecessary.
