2. Bearing spacer, flat washer and capscrew
9. Secure the right brush mounting bracket to the inside of
the cutting unit side plate with (2) capscrews and
flangehead nuts (Fig. 16).

10. Tighten (3) capscrews and locknuts securing bearing
housing adapter to brush drive plate (Fig. 17).
11. Insert drive pulley thru holes in drive assembly and
groomer cover until pin (on pulley shaft) aligns with
groove in groomer drive pulley (Fig. 17).
12. Secure drive pulley to groomer drive pulley with a
washer and capscrew. Apply Never–Seez to capscrew
threads before installation. Torque to 135 in.–lbs.
(Fig. 17).

13. Install belt over pulleys (Fig. 18).
14. Move roller brush assembly so all three pulleys are in a
straight line.
Note: Belt may fail prematurely if pulleys are not properly
aligned.

15. Loosen nuts securing brush mounting brackets to the
cutting unit sideplates (Fig. 18).
16. Adjust roller bearing housings until there is contact to
0.010” clearance between roller brush and rear roller.
Note: Make sure roller brush is parallel to rear roller.
