6.Disconnecttheelectricalsystemwiringfromtheengine:
•Theenginewireharnessconnectoratthemainwireharness(leftside
ofengine).Checktheengineandtheharnessconnectorfordamageor
corrosionandcleanorrepairasnecessary.
•Thewireharnessgroundattheengine(nearfrontleftenginemount).
7.Disconnectthechokecablefromtheengine.
8.Removetheclampsecuringtheengineoildrainhosetotherightsidebattery
tray.
9.Iftheengineisbeingremovedfromthemachineseparately,proceedto
step10ofthisprocedure.Iftheentireengineframeassembly(includingthe
starter/generator)isbeingremoved:
