issuspect,theCANbuscircuitisdamaged.TheCANbuswiring
shouldbecheckedforcorrosionordamageandcleanedorrepaired
asnecessary.TherearwheeltractionmotorcontrollerCANbus
transceivercanalsobetestedifnecessary;refertoT estingDevices
(Nodes)ontheCANbus(page5–32).
•If00.0Vispresentattherearwheeltractionmotorpowerbuscircuit,the
circuitisdamaged.Thecircuitwiringshouldbecheckedandrepairedas
necessary.
•Rearwheeltractionmotorspeedshouldbedisplayedwhilethetraction
motorisengagedTRXN3Speed.
6.Unplugthe48Vbatterydisconnect;referto48VBatteryServiceDisconnect
(page5–9).
7.Locateanddisconnecttherearwheeltractionmotorcableelectrical
connectionsatthemachinewireharness.Checkthemotorandtheharness
connectorfordamageorcorrosionandcleanorrepairasnecessary.
8.Ifrearwheeltractionmotorremoval,installation,disassemblyorassemblyis
required;refertoRearTractionMotor(Optional)(page5–134).
9.Ifthemotortestscorrectlyandaproblemstillexits,checktherearwheel
tractionmotorcircuitwiring;refertoAppendixA(pageA–1).
10.Aftertestingiscomplete,securetherearwheeltractionmotorwireharness
connectorsandconnectthe48Vbatterydisconnect.
