TestingtheElectricalComponents
TheGreensmastereTriFlex3360and3370machineshaveisolatedelectrical
systems;theydonotusethemachineframeasground.Useanunpainted
surfaceoftheengineblockoranunpaintedenginefastenerasagroundfor
testing12Vcomponentsunlessinstructedotherwise.UsetheB-terminalof
thefronttractionmotorcontrollers(SC5orSC6)asagroundfortesting48V
componentsunlessinstructedotherwise.Dependingonwhichsideofthe
machineismoreconvenient,removetherightsidecoverortheleftsidecoverto
accessafronttractionmotorcontroller.Makesurethe48Vbatterydisconnect
mustbeconnected.
Foraccurateresistanceand/orcontinuitychecks,electricallydisconnectthe
componentbeingtestedfromthecircuit(e.g.,unplugthekeyswitchconnector
beforedoingacontinuitycheckoftheswitch).Alwayschecktheitembeing
testedandtheharnessconnectorfordamageorcorrosionandcleanorrepair
asnecessary.
IMPORTANT
Whentestingtheelectricalcomponentsforcontinuitywitha
multimeter(ohmssetting),ensurethatyoudisconnectthepowerto
thecircuit.

Fuses
Anumberofdifferentstylefusesareusedonthismachineinavarietyof
amperageandvoltageratings.Mostfusesarecolorcodedbasedontheir
amperagerating.Alwaysreplacefuseswiththesamestyle,amperage,and
voltageastheoriginalfuse.
