1.Preparethemachineformaintenance;referto

2.Loosenthejamnutforthespeedstopscrew.
3.Adjustthespeedstopscrewasfollow:
Note:Themowspeedissetatthefactoryto
9.7km/h(6mph).
•Todecreasethemowspeed,rotatethe
speedstopscrew(Figure89)clockwise.
•Toincreasethemowspeed,rotatethespeed
stopscrewcounterclockwise.

3.Positionthethrottleleverrearwardsothatit
stopsagainstthecontrolpanelslot.
4.Loosenthethrottlecableconnectoronthe
injectionpumpleverarm(Figure90).

5.Holdtheinjectionpumpleverarmagainstthe
lowidlestopandtightenthecableconnector.
6.Loosenthescrewssecuringthethrottlecontrol
tothecontrolpanel.
7.Pushthethrottlecontrolleveralltheway
forward.
8.Slidethestopplateuntilitcontactsthethrottle
leverandtightenthescrewssecuringthethrottle
controltothecontrolpanel.
9.Ifthethrottledoesnotstayinpositionduring
operation,torquethelocknut,usedtosetthe
frictiondeviceonthethrottlelever,to5to6N∙m
(44to53in-lb).
Note:Themaximumforcerequiredtooperate
thethrottlelevershouldbe89N(20lb).
10.Closeandlatchthehood.
